Refund and Returns policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Physical products such as printed books and apparel are refundable within 30 days of product purchase by returning the product to us, in resaleable condition, postage prepaid, to Geller Guides, 829 14th Street, San Francisco, CA 94114. Two dollars (US$2) will be deducted from the refund amount to cover our postage and handling. Be sure to include a letter detailing your reason for the return, how you would like to receive your refund, and a phone number and physical address where you can be reached. Please allow four weeks for the return to be processed.
- Digital products: Refunds are not available for digital products such as e-books.
